Premium Brew Coffee/Matcha Station

  • Base rate: $275/hr for up to 50 cups (minimum 2 hours)
  • Delivery/setup/tear down fee: $75–$250+ depending on location
  • Best for indoors events – also works outdoors with ground-floor access
  • Requires on site power – regular 110v outlet per unit
  • Base rate: 3.75-7.5$ per drink depending on the drink type and if station is staffed or completely self served (minimum 100 cups)
  • Menu options: Hot Black Coffee, Cold Brew Coffee, Iced Matcha (flavor variety), any other drinks upon request. Comes with all required supplies.
  • Delivery/setup/tear down fee: $100–$250+ depending on location
    Best for indoors and outdoors events with higher amount of guests and/or restricted amount of time
  • Fully self-sustained – no external power required. Served in the large cambros or as a single serve cup setup on the table. Can also be served from our Coffee Bikes or Espresso Deluxe LED Bars for aesthetic purposes upon request.

Catering Request

Frequently Asked Questions

Our base rate for Espresso Deluxe and Coffee Bike catering is 275 CAD/hour (minimum 2 hours of service required), and for Matcha Deluxe it is 315 CAD/hour.
 
Each hour includes up to 50 drinks (realistically) from our menu, though we can push to 60–70 drinks per hour during peak demand. If higher capacity is required, we can provide multiple units and baristas.
 

Premium Brew Station is charged per drink (3.75–7.50 CAD), depending on the drink selection and whether the station is staffed or fully self-serve.

There is also a one-time delivery/setup/tear-down fee, which ranges from 75 CAD to 300+ CAD depending on the service location (from Downtown Vancouver to Whistler).

We offer four unique mobile café setups to accommodate events of all sizes — from intimate gatherings of 30–50 guests to large-scale activations with 1,000+ attendees:

☕ Classic Coffee Bikes (Red & Black)

  • Ideal for outdoor events, patios, festivals, and street markets
  • Can also be placed indoors with ground-level access
  • 3 units available (2 Red, 1 Black), can be custom vinyl wrapped for brand activations

  • Serves up to 50 cups per hour per unit

☕ Espresso Deluxe LED Bars

  • Suitable for indoor or outdoor venues
  • Sleek, modern design with a built-in LED screen to display your logo, video, or photo slideshow during service
  • Requires standard 110V outlet (we can supply power generator if required)
  • 6 units available (3 White, 3 Black)
  • Serves up to 50–60 cups per unit per hour

🍵 Matcha Deluxe LED Bars

  • Same units as Espresso Deluxe, but focused on matcha-based drinks
  • Suitable for indoor or outdoor venues
  • Sleek, modern design with a built-in LED screen to display your logo, video, or photo slideshow during service
  • Requires standard 110V outlet (we can supply power generator if required)
  • 6 units available (3 White, 3 Black)
  • Serves up to 50–60 cups per unit per hour

🫖 Premium Brew Station

  • Pre-brewed hot coffee, cold brew, and/or iced matcha-based drinks
  • Offered as staffed service or self-serve setup
  • Minimum order of 100 cups; can scale to 1,000+ cups upon request
  • Ideal for conferences, corporate offices, or high-volume events

Yes! We partner with amazing local bakeries to offer a wide selection of baked goods — from fresh pastries to more elaborate items like sandwiches and specialty treats. You name it 😋

For a more elevated setup, we can also arrange the pastries on tables with linens and elegant platters to create a clean, aesthetic look that enhances your event atmosphere.

Absolutely! Both our Coffee Bike and Espresso/Matcha Deluxe setups offer a wide range of customization options to make your experience truly unique.

Here’s what we can arrange for you:

  • Custom menu items tailored to your event (we can also print custom menus with advance notice)
  • Branded cups featuring your logo — choose from full cup designs, sleeves, or stickers
  • Custom vinyl wraps for the Coffee Bike — full or partial branding for maximum visual impact
  • Custom logo/image/video upload on the front screen of our unique LED Bars
  • Latte art printer — allowing us to print your logo or image directly on top of drinks
  • Event-specific decorations, including themes like weddings, Christmas, Halloween, and more

  • 0–2 days before the event: 100% of the invoice amount is due
  • 2–7 days before the event: 50% of the invoice amount is due
  • 7+ days before the event: Free cancellation with a full deposit refund or 100% store credit (your choice)

Please note: Events that are rescheduled (not cancelled completely) with sufficient notice will be converted into a credit and are not eligible for a refund.
